1. Shipment processing time
All orders are processed (not delivered) within 3/5 business days. Shipping rates and delivery shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: meminisses.com does not currently support delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
2. Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.
3. Customs, duties, and taxes
Please note: meminisses.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This should be applied in case we eventually decide to ship internationally.
4. Damages
Please note: meminisses.com is not liable for any damaged or lost during shipping/transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. And, please save ALL packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.
